Palace Long Hai Resort

Time by the pool and the proximity to the beach were highlights. Nice walks on the beach each morning! We enjoyed the "treehouse" seating areas during the hot midday sun. A nice place to have a beverage and cool down.

Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent. One morning the coffee was hot and delicious and the next it was tepid and bitter. The pastries the second morning we stayed were undercooked, doughy and generally not good. The dinners were difficult as they brought out our meals at different times, one night a half hour apart. Not much good going to dinner together if you can't have dinner together. Our shower didn't drain very well and filled fairly quickly.

Nice pool area next to the beach

Not hotel guest using facilities like pool or shower. Unfortunately hotel staff don't speak well in English, so it's hard to communicate, book spa or else.

Schönes Resort am Strand, Pool mit Liegen, sauberes Zimmer, Dusche mit Glas abgetrennt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Streetfood direkt an der Straße zu finden, lecker und gut.

Strand ist nicht besonders sauber, Bett sehr hart,

Het resort ziet er goed onderhouden uit. De locatie ligt perfect aan zee, met mooie golven.

Bij aankomst spraken ze bij de receptie geen engels het moest met google translate en dat bleek later bij veel personeelsleden ook het geval. 5 keer uitleggen aan de bar wat sodawater with ice and lemon was werd pas begrepen toen er een collega bij kwam. De bedden zijn keihard, lig je op je zijde dan lig je op je botten.

Super miejsce do wypoczynku.Piekny,zadbany ogród i bardzo pomocny personel. Kimberly z recepcji pomogla nam zarezerwować taxi i autobus do Mui Ne. W okolicy dużo lokalnych restauracji.Dwie świątynie i klasztor żeński obowiązkowo do zwiedzenia w odległości krótkiego spaceru wzdłuż plaży(wstep bezpłatny)

If you are looking for a relaxing break by the South China Sea and not in a ‘resort’ but more authentic. This is great, lots of local guests which is great. Staff are lovely. However always check if they have any events booked in like weddings as you soon find the facilities are totally taken over and as guests you are relegated! I was there 5 Days and there were weddings on 2 days.

The noise pollution of the shouty weddings and discos - it was crazy! I had to leave the site to get away from it, I complained. But the revenue stream of one British tourist is sacrificed for a big wedding party!

Alles sauber, gepflegte Anlage mit Pool am Strand. Man wohnt in Pavillons

Hat nichts mit der Anlage zu tun: Der Strand ist schön, allerdings schwemmt es einiges an Müll and und ist nicht einladend zum Baden. Allerdings perfekt um local life zu erleben. Die Menschen spielen Fussball etc am Strand.
