"Great property, but not good management."

The property was really clean and well equipped, with good garden space and lots of good features.

The downside was the management aspect - you’re required to sign a lengthy contract and pay a significant security deposit to stay, which isn’t particularly welcoming. The address listed is also not in fact the address, so when we arrived at the address detailed we were on a completely different street and had to find the property from details in messages sent after we booked.

"Nicely presented house."

A clean and nicely presented house. Lots of comfortable beds and bedrooms. The decor was up to date and in very good condition. It was in the perfect area for us.

The check in process was a little confusing and we had a surprise visit from contractors to fix the cooker during our stay which the booking agent didn’t appear to know about. Also the cooker and dishwasher were a little worn and didn’t work so well.
