La chiarezza delle informazioni per raggiungere la struttura, la posizione, la cura dei dettagli, l’ordine e pulizia. La zona Spa e la gestione degli spazi e silenziosità nella camera. La titolare è molto presente e discreta allo stesso tempo!

La struttura é immersa in un meraviglioso parco super ben tenuto , la struttura é pulitissima super accogliente, la spa se pur piccolina offre una sauna ad infrarossi fantastica.. come il bagno turco e la piscina, la colazione molto ben curata e ricercata sia nei prodotti che nelle materie prime .La camera veramente confortevole pulita e dotata di tutti i confort.. La proprietaria Nella fantastica!! Molto attenta alle richieste del cliente per permettere il soggiorno migliore ad ogni ospite ! Posizione ottimale vicino ma non troppo all’autostrada.. lo consiglio moltissimo!!! Emma

Posto incredibile, studiato alla perfezione nei minimi dettagli dalle camere, alla zona comune, al parco circostante. Difficilmente si può trovare un posto cosi accogliente, silenzioso. I servizi forniti oltre alla camera prevedono una SPA di extralusso con piscina, sauna e bagno turco completamente accessibili tutto il giorno in un ambiente super riposante! Parcheggio ampio e sicuro all'esterno e la Signora Nella incredibilmente disponibile, simpatica e gentile.

Mit einem stärkeren Saunaofen in der Sauna würde ich ein paar Tage da länger bleiben wollen.

Nella was an amazing host - recommending a great place to eat on the way up from Cervia - always a smile to greet you and nothing too much trouble. Would recommend highly and definitely stay again should we be in the area.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit selbst gemachten Mehlspeisen. Hervorragende Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin. Beeindruckende Lage in großem parkähnlichem Garten. Der Wellnessbereich ist exquisit.

Magnificent Location, beautifully furnished rooms, nice landlord: this was a perfect stay near Bologna!

We loved everything about the property. The rooms were very spacious and we also had a small sitting room area. The rooms were decorated very stylishly, and the bed linens and bed were very comfortable. We also liked the indoor heated pool, and dry/wet saunas. Nice to relax and ease the muscles after a full day of touring the nearby townships. Last but not least, Nella was a warm and friendly host. She gave us some good restaurant advice which we followed and enjoyed. She puts on a delicious breakfast in the morning and made us good coffees, as we sat blissfully in the front garden and planned our day. We loved the visiting peacocks who loved to admire themselves in the reflective glass for hours!

Nothing - I would just say you probably would want a car to get to (about 30 min from Bologna). Also a car handy for day trips.
