Was very clean. Not far from ski lifts. Very similar to photos

The best place in New Guduari for couples who like to be at the center but not to hear all the noise at night ! Great location for skiing (5min walking to cable car), near supermarket and restaurants. internet works very well, smartTv, hot room (in contrast to other places which dont heat well). Every little item is thought of, from a rug to feet at the enterance, through coffee/tea, oil and salt till an extra blanket and a place to put clothes and soap when you take a shower. Responsive owner who helps and answers immidately. Great for a long stay as it even have wsshing machine and extra garbage bags. Finally a place in New Gudauri which pays attention to all the details. Highly recommend.

no place to keep luggage after check out. We were lucky that the owner let us early check in, but be aware that you cant leave suitcases in reception as it's an apartment.

Staying here was a delightful experience! The place was impeccably clean, cozy, and conveniently close to the ski lift. The owner was incredibly polite and pleasant, always ready to assist with any questions about the resort. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
