Exclusive Townhouse in Central Plaza del Duque Close to the Beach

We only stayed one night, but it was enough to appreciate this beautiful townhouse in a high-quality, well-maintained complex. The pool is truly splendid. We'll definitely be back for more days to fully enjoy this property, which is located in one of the best neighborhoods, close to everything, including the beaches

I'd put an umbrella in the BBQ area

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse, it was perfect for our family group, very comfortable, spacious, it had everything we needed. What was really helpful was that they provide a little bit of any supply you might need without having to buy bottles or boxes of things you won't finish, like dishwasher tablets, olive oil sachets, some small snacks, laundry detergent pods, etc. Hosts were very responsive, we had a small issue but they sorted it the same day. The area was really quiet too but still close to everything. We didn't see a single ant which we saw in other reviews.

Imposible quejarse

Die Lage des Hauses, die Aufteilung des Hauses selber und der schön gestaltete Innenhof mit Gemeinsschaftspool waren so schön, dass ich gerne wiederkommen würde, allerdings würde ich nie wieder über Class bnb buchen.

Class bnb war leider die unprofessionellste Agentur, über die ich je eine Unterkunft gebucht habe. Der Kundenservice ist ausschließlich über WhatsApp erreichbar, reagiert jedoch sehr unregelmäßig. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar – die Verbindung bricht nach einmaligem Klingeln ab. Die Kaution in Höhe von 600 € wird nicht wie üblich nur geblockt, sondern tatsächlich vom Konto abgebucht. Eine ordentliche Abnahme des Hauses gibt es nicht. Laut Agentur soll man den Schlüssel einfach in den Schlüsselkasten werfen und darauf vertrauen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Auf meine Rückfragen dazu habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Im Haus selbst gab es kaum Ausstattung, die eine so hohe Kaution rechtfertigen würde: 6 Teller, 6 Gläser, 4 Handtücher, keine Dekoration, keine Schälchen, Kerzen oder Ähnliches. Die große Küche bot zwar viel Stauraum, aber fast alle Schränke waren leer. Insgesamt wirkte das Haus sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Ich kann die positiven Kommentare zur Ausstattung leider nicht nachvollziehen – es war mit Abstand das spärlichst ausgestattete Haus, das ich je gemietet habe.
