L'appartement est grand et bien situé.

Toutefois, la propreté est limite, il n'y a ni bouteille d'eau ni quoi que ce soit (contrairement à tous les hébergements loués en Europe où on retrouve de l'eau, des capsules de café et sachets de thé, de l'huile et du vinaigre ainsi que de sel et du poivre au minimum) et les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité (les photos paraissent avoir été prises il y a de nombreuses années et depuis lors, aucune rénovation ne semble avoir été faite).

L'emplacement, la propreté, la disponibilité du gérant (Lorenzo) et la gentillesse de la FDM et du gardien.

A part le faible débit de l'internet, tout était nickel.
