L'accueil par le loueur : pile à l'heure, aimable et attentionné. L'appartement est bien situé dans un quartier plutôt calme et proche d'une superette. L'appartement est grand, et tempéré naturellement. Au besoin il y a la clim. Bien équipé, la TV fonctionne bien pour voir l'équipe de France jouer contre l'équipe du Sénégal.
