I could not stay check in as the place was extremely bad, I felt like it was a scam. I need a refund as on the side there was no option for cancelation. If you can assist with the process of cancelations as I did not use the facility.

It was dirty the beds standing on bricks, the swimming pool was green and smelling 🤮. The bedding was very dirty. The toilets were smelly and dirty. The owner was vey rude when I asked for my money back. I had to leave my money behind 🥹🥹

It is not yet intended for lodging because it appears that the property was recently purchased and is still being built. This is the first time that I have ever made a bad reservation using Booking.com.
