Location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk from everything you need. Plenty of space in the villa. Friendly host met us for key handover and showed us around the villa.

TV’s didn’t work which usually isnt a problem but would have been nice as there while Euros were on.

Te house was located at a side street of a central area. This provided a perfect location for us, since we walked everywhere but wanted some peace and quiet at the house. The building was big and had space for our large family group. The pool area was a favorite for the kids. We got 3 sets of keys which was nice and convenient. We chose to rent a villa instead of hotel rooms, because we wanted a communal space where the whole family could spend time together. This was achieved.

Upon arrival it was difficult to reach the staff. I tried to contact them via booking.com messages, and two different phone numbers that were given to me. When I finally got hold of our contact person everything worked out well. The communication did not work later either. Every time I sent a message through booking.com I got either no answer at all or an automated message that did not answer my questions. I also tried to send text messages and whatsapp. For example, we had an issue with the draining well outside by the pool. There was a bad smell coming from the well and we got worried it is clogged and might overflow. We could smell the sewage also inside the bathrooms from time to time. I got no answer to this issue what so ever. The house looks much better in pictures. You can see that it was once beautiful. Everything was kind of there, but worn down and in need of maintenance or repairs: Some of the blinds and doors didn't close or open properly, The lights by the pool area didn't work and the dishwasher trays were hanging loose making the dishwasher unusable. Luckily we have handy people in our family and they were able to fix the dishwasher trays. There were also poorly cleaned dishes in the cabinets. So we had to clean them before using them. This is something that we should not have had to deal with during our vacation. Also the overall cleaning / cleanliness could have been better. I think the previous guests had a party since we could find glitter and confetti on the floors, dirty towels in the yard and cigarette buds on the terrace (we do not some so they cannot be ours). The description about the number of bedrooms was also confusing. We were under the impression that there would be 6 bedrooms. We were 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids). The reality was that on the ground floor was one bedroom and a living room with sofa bed in stead of a second bedroom and a real bed.

The location was nice, Property was huge nice pool aswell.

The locks on the doors wasn’t great- got stuck in the bedroom for an hour trying to figure out how to get out. The pressure from the waters wwasnr great either and sometimes you’d get cold water. They only provide the tiniest bottle of cleaning up liquid which isn’t ideal for 5 days.

We like everything, It is comfortable and many things to do like board and card games, only the lights at the swimming pool area is not functioning.

Pool needed cleaning

The location was excellent, not too far from the town and an easy walk to where we needed to be. It was clean, the pool area was great and the rooms were really nice.

Very minor but I would have liked it if there were barbecue facilities.

The property was in a great location, walking distance to everything you need. It was clean, very well equipped and modern.
