Le logement en lui-même correspond aux photos, donc là-dessus, pas de tromperie, ce qui n'est pas le cas de l'environnement immédiat avec de grosses nuisances sonores dues à des travaux toute la journée.

Comment dire, logement à fuir totalement ( au moins jusqu'en mai 2027) du fait de travaux de construction d'un complexe juste à proximité. Pour nous cela s'est traduit par un logement invivable de 8h30 environ jusqu'à 18h: terrassement aux bulldozers et énormes marteaux piqueurs... impossible non seulement d'utiliser la ( belle) terrasse que de rester dans l'appartement porte fenêtre fermée à cause des vibrations et volume sonore. Cette expérience désagréable s'est encore accentuée du fait de l'attitude de l'agence Tenerife smart Holidays : messonges et belles paroles. Lorsqu'à notre arrivée nous avons demandé des informations, ils ont assuré que celles-ci étaient en ligne sur Booking : mensonge N1. Un paragraphe à été rajouté à la va vite APRÈS notre contact ! ! En regardant sur les autres plateformes de location et leur propre site idem: aucunes informations. L'agence a proposé une remise de 10%( ensuite 20%) qui d'après l'interlocuteur que nous avons eu aurait pu être supérieure avec l'autorisation de supérieurs... que nous attendons toujours !! La pratique semble bien rodée. Jouer la montre en espérant que les clients laissent tomber Bref, à louer si vous comptez etre absent toute la journée. A bon entendeurs ( sans jeu de mot).

Tolles stilvolles super sauberes Apartment mit schönem auf das Meer ausgerichteten Balkon. Geräumig, sehr bequemes Bett, separate Toilette mit Tür für manche Pärchen bestimmt gut zu wissen ;), auch wenn die Dusche im Wohnbereich nicht abgetrennt ist. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche. Gute Busanbindung, Parkplätze vor der Tür, 1 min zum Strand. Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurant ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür und trotzdem hat mein seine Ruhe. Besonders hervorzuheben war der unkomplizierte Kontakt zur Vermieterin als ich die Wohnung nicht gleich gefunden habe - super nett und hilfsbereit!!

Der Pool ist super sauber aber die Aussicht auf das Hochhaus gegenüber eher mau - aber dafür kann das Apartment nichts. Sonst uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!

It was a bit difficult to find, and there is no ac, but they had a cooler on the ceiling, but it wasn't working... dont open the windows at night, otherwise the mosquitoes eat you

Was very clean and has an overall good vibe to it, looks almost identical to the pictures so very beautiful. The terrace was great and we spent a lot of time out there!

Sometimes it was hard to sleep because it was a little too hot.

*Location: optimal for the trip agenda we had: close to airport, Los Cristianos, Los Gigantes, Teide and Teno national park. *Access to amenities: very good; first-line access to the beach, shoreline promenade, pool area in the communal section of the property, free parking on the street side (usually busy) and beach side (always a free spot), restaurants and grocery store nearby. *Terrace and view: fairly spacious terrace with artificial turf, panoramic door; view of both sea and mountains. *Interior: perfect setup for a couple, including a shower and a bathtube, fully equipped kitchen, chillout area; ceiling fans over the bed and the chillout area; storage - boxes under the bed and some shelf space at the entrance
