Apartment Tale - Brand new apartment in Pula's old town, with free Netflix and Wi-Fi

The apartment was spotless and truly had everything we could possibly need – from kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials, fresh towels, bed linens, and even fast Wi-Fi and Netflix access. It felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the historic center and surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It reminded us of staying in Via Torino in Milan – lively and central – but thanks to the soundproof windows, we could still sleep peacefully at night. Our host Denis was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary water and juice, and we found thoughtful basics in the kitchen like tea, coffee, salt, sugar, and olive oil – such a lovely touch! Before we left, he even gave us small gifts, which made our stay feel even more special. Another very convenient detail: the souvenir shop he owns is literally right below the apartment – super handy for any last-minute gifts or mementos. Parking is available about 5–8 minutes away on foot, and the beach is just a 10-minute drive.

Top, de host wist hoe laat ons vliegtuig aankwam en voordat wij de bus naar de stad namen had ik al een app ontvangen hoelaat wij ongeveer bij het appzouden zijn dan stond hij ons op te wachten

Niets, de airco stond aan het was zeer aangenaam, buiten was het heel warm

Mieszkanie znajduje się w sercu starego miasta w Puli, jest bardzo czyste i ładnie urządzone. Na plus zdecydowanie balkon - niewielki, ale dobrze urządzony. Denis, właściciel mieszkania, jest bardzo miły i pomocny - przekazał nam sporo cennych wskazówek, co warto zjeść i zobaczyć. Dziękujemy!

Great apartment in a great location in the old town of Pula. Denis was an exceptionally good host - very helpful and welcoming and very easy to contact. He met us in person to check in and check out which sadly is increasingly rare. The apartment is very close to supermarkets and some good restaurants. The bed is very comfortable and it was very quiet - the soundproofing is excellent. The apartment is well equipped and very new. Highly recommended.

One small suggestion....a floor lamp in the living area would be a really nice touch as the overhead lighting is very bright and lacking in atmosphere.

Friendly reception from the owner. Well equipped apartment which had everything we needed with easy access to restaurants and key sites eg the arena and the castle.

Small balcony was lovely but the view at the back of the apartment was disappointing.

Convenient location and the host was brilliant offering plenty of suggestions for restaurants, attractions and occasionally directions! Nothing was too much of a problem and the apartment itself was lovely and has everything you need!

Denis is very pleasant and friendly owner of the apartment, was always in touch and gave useful tips (good restaurants, places to visit etc). He explained us how to get the apartment, met near interesting souvenir shop, which is the entrance to the apartment. We arrived ahead of time, but fortunately were immediately settled in excellent apartment, where some soft drinks and sweets were served for us. Such care was very pleasant. Apartment are clean, comfort, fitted with everything you need to stay and cook. Location in the center of the center. A lot of transport in walking distance (5min). The double bed is wide and comfortable. Comfortable pillows. The sofa is very convenient. We really liked it. We recommend everyone.
