Guests arriving before 15:00 or after 00:00 are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00. EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 50 after 00:00. All requests for late check-in after 20:00 are subject to approval by the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per double set per stay or bring their own. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen and towels. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 50 per stay, per pet. We remind you that, in accordance with current regulations, upon your arrival at the property, we will make a brief video call to verify that the documents provided match the guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
