L'appartement a son balcon avec vue sur le canal, ce qui est très sympa quand on s'y installe. Idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pieds : plage, commerces, restaurants, loisirs.

L'appartement étant tout nouveau en bien locatif, il manque quelques équipements (climatisation, casseroles). Améliorations qui devraientt êtres prévues. Le manque de parking, mais nous avons eu de la chance de trouver des places de stationnement très proches de l'appartement.
