Host & Stay - The Knight Street Penthouses

Apartment was very clean and nice with plenty of space for a group, location is good too, about a 5-10 min walk away from any bars and Liverpool one

Few minor things when we arrived at the apartment such as broken handles but this didn’t impact our stay, the host was very quick to offer a solution and communication was good!

Very good location and easy to access.

The property could do with some slight improvements. There were a few broken door handles and marks on the walls

The size and location.

The large room was quite noisy at night time, and could benefit from having curtains or black out blinds. Due to the large number of windows it was very bright in the morning. As a family with children we could not put the children on this room, it was also colder in this room.

Perfect size for families great location 5minute walk to Liverpool one

Downside no parking parking near by very expensive

Loved the size of the penthouse throughout, modern and clean with a huge terrace. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely soft towels, powerful showers and a lovely freestanding bath where i enjoyed some 'me' time with a nice glass of wine 🍷 😀

The balcony off the kitchen looked out onto a building site. However, as it is January, we didn't utilise this space so nothing spoilt, we had a few issues with the heating/thermostat but the staff were very helpful and responded to our queries in a timely manner, could not fault them. I would have also liked to have seen kingsize beds in the penthouse rather than doubles

The Penthouse exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, facilities, location, value and ease of entry. Particularly liked the e-guide which provided lots of useful information.

Not a problem, but could not get the coffee maker to work and the TV kept losing channels - not that we needed it on.
