Old Toy Shop - Cosy Flat in Central Hexham

Fantastic location and excellent facilities

Clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated throughout.

The only minor issue was a lack of parking permits despite stating on the guest info at the accomm that parking permits were provided by the front door. Otherwise all excellent.

Location was Great !!

Very convenient for Hexham. Upstairs is comfortable and spacious. Downstairs cosy for 4 adults but we weren’t there much. The heaters are VETY efficient.

You need to get a local permit £1 which allows you to park in local area. Not suitable for walkers as no where to try your clothes. Wasn’t a problem for us.

The property was beautifully decorated , very modern and surprisingly although advertised as a flat does have both downstairs and upstairs are the spacious bedrooms and a bathroom

The only downside to the property is the size , I had booked it initially for four adults and a teenager, my parents didn’t end up coming so it ended up being just the three of us, which turned out for the better because space wise it would have been a very tight fit , although it was just a stop off point and we didn’t spend a load of time indoors come the night time trying to squeeze two adults and a teenager in front of the tv on a two seater was a definite struggle. Bedrooms were lovely and spacious and the property is within walking distance of all local amenities.
