Spacious, High Spec & Modern

It was very stylish and modern. Very spacious and clean and the host was amazing in helping us out throughout our stay.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare especially if you’re coming back to the property a little late into the night.

House was amazing,. Rooms were spacious and garden was class. Kitchen /dining was superb

Beds weren't the comfiest . Lumpy and different heights when pushed together. A good mattress topper would be good

We liked the street, and loved Graves Park, but the shopping strip at the end of the street was poor. The motion sensitive lights were entertaining and the generally high standard of the refurbishment of this Victorian property was impressive.

We took the house for Christmas because my elder daughter and her partner had just moved into a Victorian house nearby much in need of refurbishment and certainly not ready for guests. The only serious problem we encountered was cooking Christmas lunch. The steamer and one of the ovens were out of action, leaving just one small oven, able to accommodate a turkey and nothing more. The batterie de cuisine was eccentric: three pairs of scissors, two hand whisks, but only two pans and five forks for six guests. We managed, but it required ingenuity! In short, the kitchen is a serious case of fur coat and no knickers. Other tiresome little snags included a bathroom on the top floor where condensation set off the alarms repeatedly and a mirror in the first floor bathroom that wasn’t connected, so no light and no toothbrush charging.

The whole look of the property. The decor was just to our tastes.

Automatic lights that go off too quickly.

Lovely house which was very well presented and in a location convenient for both the centre of Sheffield and easy access to the peak district. Property was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Our family had a great stay.

Personally I wasn't keen on some of the automatic lights, particularly in one of the bedrooms and one bathroom - as they would switch off if they didn't detect movement, even if I was still in the room.

Indeed, we had a great stay. The facility meets our expectations. Location is good as well. Just 3 mins walk have a bus station and have car park in front of the house.

Unfortunately a couple of tiles were loose in the first floor shower so we couldn’t use it as it was leaking water. Could also have done with some coat hangers in each of the bedrooms.
