Perfect location, spacious all amenities was amazing, perfect for a family or couples.

A small problem initially with a problem soon rectified Booking.com. Customer Service was very efficient and extremely helpful. Problem with accessibility using the front door, vendor was in touch and had a friend close by to help out if required. Panic over as we solved the problem ourselves. The vendor apologised and will sort the problem out on their return.

Spacious and very well equipped. Great base for exploring Chester and the zoo. Tarporley is a lovely little village 5 mins walk from the house.

Some area could have been dusted better as a few cobwebs in the corners

Stunning home, lots of room, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, lovely garden, plenty of seating in both lounge and dining areas. The host could not be more helpful, highly recommend.
