B&B Zia Gianna

Excellent, Nino is zo gepassioneerd dat het ons aan niets ontbrak.

Niets!

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Nino en de lieftallige stalker Bruno (het hondje). Onder het genot van een limoncello kregen we uitleg. Het huis en de kamer waren perfect!! Heel schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs nog een avond in de tuin in de hottub gezeten. En dan het ontbijt. Fantastisch!! Nino maakt het super vers voor je klaar. Als je speciale wensen hebt vertel het hem en hij regelt het.

Dat we niet nog een paar nachtjes konden blijven omdat we naar huis moesten😉

Nino was just the best host!! He was warm and welcoming, and had everything set up so nicely for me. The house is adorable, and the room was so comfy. I loved the back porch area, it was just so great to sit and relax back there. Bruno the dog was so fun too!! Loved how he always treated me. This is a gem of a place, and I SO want to go back and stay again!! And the breakfast was phenomenal!!

It was perfect- I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you Nino and Bruno!!!

Nino, Bruno and Hans were my favorite ❤️ They were so welcoming and kind and warm and generous. Walking into their home I was greeted by Bruno the sweetest little Maltese dog. Nino helped me get my big suitcase up the stairs. He is such a lovely person! He also gave me some of his homemade limoncello as he was recommending some of his favorite sites to see. For breakfast he made delicious homemade waffles, eggs to order, sausages and orange juice and coffee. It was so much fun chatting with Nino and Hans at breakfast. The place was very cute, artsy, and warm and felt like a home in Italy. You can tell they put their heart into their home. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Savannah.

Nino was the host with the most! Beautiful home, the room was gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and I came home with a beautiful ceramic from Sicily that was featured in their gallery run by Hans. I didn't get to use the hot tub but will my next stay for sure. Great location as well.

Nothing

The home was charming with all kinds of interesting items to look at. The bed was comfy. Breakfasts were outstanding and catered to our wishes. Best of all was Nino, the host ( no slight to Hans). He was so welcoming, chatty, funny, accommodating, and personable! I felt like family. It, also, seems to draw an interesting clientele...at least our fellow guests were. Each morning we'd sit and have extended conversations at breakfast and a recap of the day over Nino's lemoncello in the late afternoon. We look forward to returning!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zia Gianna is truly a hidden gem in Savannah! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel like family — incredibly personable, warm, and knowledgeable about everything the area has to offer. I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this; their attentiveness was second to none. And the breakfast? Absolutely incredible. Come hungry, because you will not want to leave a single bite on your plate! Every detail was thoughtful and delicious. This place has officially become our go-to whenever we’re in the Savannah area. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep — a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for — look no further than Zia Gianna. We can’t wait to come back!

I have nothing bad to say about this B&B! Best one we’ve stayed at.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nino hat uns mit köstlichen Frühstücken und weiteren Service verwöhnt. Seine liebenswerte, humorvolle und hilfsbereite Art hat uns direkt zu Freunden gemacht. Die authentische Ausstattung und liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles ist sehr sauber. In die Innenstadt sind wir ca. 20 Minuten gelaufen. Auto kann kostenfrei vor dem Haus parken. Nino’s Auftreten hat uns sehr beeindruckt.
