B&B Zia Gianna

The host and breakfast are amazing.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy. One of the best places we stayed at. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Der Aufenthalt war wie bei Freunden. Wir wurden sehr ❤️ aufgenommen und hatten viele nette Gespräche mit Nino und Hans. Bruno schließt man sofort ins Herz. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Danke Nino für das weltbeste und frisch zubereitete Frühstück. Ein Genuss.

It was clean, the food was amazing and the owner Nino was kind.

It was a little hard to find at first.

Nino was a very friendly host and the house was charming. Bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras like bathroom items, snacks & drinks, eye shades and ear plugs. Breakfast was tasty.

The house is very old and poorly insulated. You can hear everything (really, everything, including other guests using the toilet) between the rooms and the windows are not doubled, so all the street noise is very bothersome. In short, we didn't sleep!! The traffic continued through the night and the other guest in the second room was horrible: Locked their dog in the room while they went to dinner, he cried & barked for hours keeping us awake. When they returned from dinner quite late and very drunk, they made a lot of noise for another hour, then became agressive when we asked them to be more considerate. Tried to contact Nino for help via WhatsApp messages, but no response (even though he had read my messages). In the morning he claimed he hadn't see my messages until he woke. Disappointing. Finally, the room was too cold with the A/C on in February, not necessary as it was one of the coldest weeks of the winter with temps around freezing. Overall, would not return or recommend.

House was so beautiful with decor from Italy, and Nino and Hans were super friendly and informative. They were the highlights of Savannah.

This is a very unique B&B. The house is well-decorated, full of creative art works. Bedroom is clean and comfortable. Host is friendly and fun. He gave us many good suggestions, e.g. transportation, restaurants, and places to see. We had a great time in B&B Zia Gianna, and Savannah.
