If you need a nice,cozy,quiet and peace place then you are at the right address. We will certainly come back for a longer stay.

I was not able to get to this hotel. As a matter of fact, the hotel doesn't exist. The hotel at this location is called THE LOFT. And the receptionist claims ignorance of my booking and the rooms in profile picture you showed me wasn't even in their hotel menu of rooms offered to the public. The phone number you gave me wasn't connecting when I tried it severally. My going there was a big waste of my previous time.

Please leave your customers a phone number to reach you directly when things don't go as you promised. I went to the address you gave me and wasn't able to see what you represented to me in your booking.com platform. This is sad. Very sad, indeed. There should be more coordination between you and the hotels you represent, so that you can refresh your list of hotels regularly to exclude hotels that are no more in business - just like this one that I visited.
