It was definitely cute and cozy (ie small), but luckily I am a very small person, so it fit me just fine. I liked that they provided a ton of towels and also a chest of drawers in the bedroom, so I didn't have to hang everything up.

It is literally like 5 feet from a super busy freeway/feeder road. The noise from the traffic was horrendous and the people upstairs sounded like they were going to fall thru the ceiling at all hours of the night. The washing machine and dryer did not work and the doors seemed very flimsy. I would also see ppl walking and digging thru some storage bins under the back stairs right by the back door and did not like that at all. It definitely made a solo female like me a bit uneasy tbh. The couch and bed were not super comfy either.
