It's very close to everything, just 7 minutes away from my workplace. Did everything were told with the wifi password but none worked. So we used our own data. The fridge smelled bad when we arrived but we managed to do some cleaning ourselves. We also had to keep our food quick as we saw tiny insects. Some options of the TV would lead to other languages. We had to use google translate at some points. Over all, the problems that we encountered are manageable, and the location is superb. Towels and linens smelled so good. Too good that I'm barely stopping myself to ask what detergent/fabricon is used. We also enjoyed the pool which is accessible from 6AM to 10PM where staff and even tenants are friendly. Thank you!

In the prior instruction and on the follow up that we made, instructions on accessing the wifi password is on the back of the modem. We tried multiple times but none worked. The fridge also smelled bad when we arrived. We also found tiny roaches, so keep your food in the fridge right away. Air-conditioning in the bedroom is not that cold. Cold enough for the elderly, but not quite for someone who's working on a cold office floor (only adding this because this is a deal breaker with some people I know.)

The room was dusty from its furnitures (tables, couch, cabinets and decors), kitchen counter, appliances (like TV, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, etc.) even the utensils. The storage room is also smelly and unorganized. There’s a lot of cockroaches (as you see in the picture) from the sala, bedroom and bathroom. I’d also like to share the experience I had with the unit manager named Liza - she’s very unapologetic and insensitive. She basically didn’t process the unit authorization ahead of time and made us wait for almost 20mins in the lobby - when I called her to follow up she was condescending and didn’t bother to say her apologies due to the inconvenience we experienced. We expected a smooth stay from check-in to check out but it wasn’t smooth afterall.

I booked this place for my family. They were very happy and impressed for the warm accommodation. Everything they needed was provided. No issues during the stay.

The room is clean. There is free water and towels that can be used. There's heater as well. The location is very good because it is very accessible.

It took long for us to be added in the system so we will be allowed to get into the room. An email was sent to me asking for the list of guest name on the same day of our check-in. Because of it we waited long in the lobby because we are not allowed to enter the property. Email asking for details like this should have been sent on the day the booking was confirmed, not on the check-in date.
