Mặc dù đã nhận được xác nhận đặt phòng từ Booking nhưng khi liên hệ chỗ nghỉ thì chủ báo hết phòng, với các lý do khác nhau.

"Pathetic, Worst experience ever."

Nothing.

Very Very Bad way of communication as well, they do not care about the customer. Even when my booking was confirmed these people denied it twice. I had to bear financial loss because of the same. And the time I lost was different. I will never recommend here to stay or even ever book this. Remove this hotel from booking.con

"Bad"

They never confirmed my Booking, as they said they did not receive any Confirmation from booking.com Pathetic way of communication as well telling the guest they will not be able to provide any accommodation. Even when I booked it twice. I had to bear extra expenses because of this.. Really terrible 😔
