Quiet location. Good value. Lots of space. Off road parking. Great heating - lovely and warm. Good kitchen provision.

Could do with some minor repairs - window blind repair, carpet stains removal, bath overflow repair, outside light bulb replacement.

"Overall very disappointing - if the property had of been maintained properly, it would have been a very good stay."

The location and access was good. The view from the lounge was good.

Gate to property had no latch to keep locked. Patio and garden full of weeds and unclean. Broken fence in the garden. Blinds in both bedrooms broken. Two windows wouldn’t even close - maintenance had to fix. Only the lounge window fixed on first visit - had to request again to get the bedroom window fixed even though both were requested at the same time. Blocked drains not dealt with despite someone leaving comment about this on booking.com and drain pipe broken so waste coming out. Leak in bathroom - somewhere under the bath which leaked under the hall floor and came out under the stairs. Didn’t want to go on holiday to mop up puddles of water each day. Dirty towels used to mop up the water were not taken away even though requested and clean towels were bought to us. KG Inspired Management Ltd staff not helpful. Some messages not even replied to. The maintenance team said the leak was because of the rain - even though the water only leaked out after we had used the shower and we showed them photos of water leaking from under the bath.

The house is built in a hill, with the bedrooms downstairs. It was lovely and cool overnight, in all this heat. The view from the living room, upstairs, is fantastic. The agency looking after the property were very friendly and willing to help if it was needed.

There are signs of wear and tear in the floor coverings, but to be expected in a property of this age.
