Ottima posizione, bagno ristrutturato, buona doccia, mobili nuovi.

La pulizia, il materasso di cui si sentivano le molle, la poca disponibilità del proprietario, la scarsa dotazione in cucina, le pareti totalmente spoglie, il freezer cosi pieno di ghiaccio da non avere spazio utilizzabile.

Posizione centrale. Gentilezza del Proprietario

La casa è buia, manca il televisore, nel bagno manca il bidet (c’è il doccino), non c’è il condizionatore, si ascolta di tanto in tanto il rumore intenso e fastidioso della sciacquone di un appartamento attiguo

"Easy and comfy stay in Perugia"

The studio is very clean and the deco is minimalist, which I like.

It would be good if there were a microwave oven in the studio. It took me a while to find the place and I think the problem is that the name of the street is not clearly marked, or at least I didn’t find it. So here is the tip: when you face the front gate of the Foreigners’ University, to your left and 10 meters away from the front gate are some stairs. Walk down and the studio/house is about 20 meters on your left.
