"Great place to stay, I'd say.."

The house, is in a nice neighbourhood, across the road from Washington Ave if you want a bit of nightlife, but not close enough to cause noise pollution. The house its self is very big and very clean, with great kitch and decor.

Cleaning fee was quite high, but quite consistent with the majority of apartments we checked.

The home was roomy and comfortable for 5 of us. Everything we need was available. The garage parking and the snacks and drinks added a nice touch. I really enjoyed the bottle of wine. Sanmi is a great host, many things are well appointed, it's easy to tell he puts a lot of thought into it. You can book his place with utmost confidence.

Light was out in bedroom. Really hot when we got there but the ac did work well.

La localisation dans un quartier calme, hyper spacieux, les petites attentions pour notre arrivée : 1 bouteille de vin, de nombreuses petites sucreries (barre céréales), des petits paquets de corn flakes, de nombreuses petites bouteilles d’eau…. 3 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, une immense salle …. Un garage conséquent attenant à la maison, tout était parfait. 5 mn à pied (au bout de la rue) pour prendre le bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Houston qui se trouve à 15 mn environ.

Rien mais quelques couverts de vaisselle supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus, tout le reste étaient super !
