Villa Otilia: 3Bed with Pool

Great location and management were very communicative. A private, secure, and accessible oasis.

Address was difficult to find via google maps, so delivery and pick-up directions had to be very specific.

Strategic location with quiet neighbourhood

The property seems old so some if the stuff kinda falling apart. But its lovely stay! Would recommend it to my friends.

For the price, frankly not much. The pool was nice.

We didn't have clean water. The water machine was broken. Water machines are standard for villas in Bali and we got Bali belly. I am not suggesting the lack of clean drinking water caused our Bali Belly. The showers had no hot water. management came to fix the problem and invaded our private space for nearly 6 hours, climbing in and out of the master bedroom window, while I lay in bed sick. It was absolutely awful. To top it off the next door neighbor had a dog threat wouldn't stop barking. I'd never stay here again, never. The owner ought to take responsibility for creating a great experience for guests esp. at that rate.

The owner was communicative and accomodative. Because we checked-in late, we were allowed to self check-in. Kitchen facilities were okay. Spacious rooms, one with shower, the other one with bathtub.

It was too dark outside the gate, so we had to use phone light to look for the keybox. There was no kitchen towels or wipes at all. Dropping some food or water would be hard to clean. Fridge was a little bit messy. Shower pressure was not good enough to fill the bathtub. Garage was too short, so it was quite difficult to load/unload stuff from the car when the gate is closed. Some areas were not clean enough, and the house could be better with some renovation or at least good maintenance. There was no empty electric plug inside the kitchen area, so boiling some water with electric kettle should be done somewhere else. Electric kettle's power was too low, it took too long to boil some water. The seats at the pool area were wet from the rain. The carport roof was about to fall and should be replaced immediately. There was a water leak from the rain, upstairs near the entrance of the second room (the room with bathtub).

we didn’t get fresh towels when the cleaner arrived, bin liners were not changed just emptied.
