Great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely big room with a balcony.

The staff was great. Greeted us with fruits and juice. We had an early check in, and were a bit late for check out, but it wasn't an issue. The rooms are big, the shower is big, you can feel the 4* "intentions" The breakfast is a la carte, and very good. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the city center.

The rooms are stuffy, and mildew/must (not mold!) is present. They need to air out the rooms more, or try and dehumidify them. We had to change a room because of this, but the second room was not much better. If you air them out, it's ok, even for someone with allergies, like me - if you take your pills. Not enough hooks to hang towels and clothes. The electric door only worked on the 2-3 try (no big issue). The whole hotel needs maintenance. It either does no have the people, or the budget for this. The balcony doors are useless, you can hear everything through them. The location is quiet though, and we only had noise problems on one morning with a pesky british entitled brat. The breakfast to go option needs a bit more work - I'm glad it exists (for a sunset trip to Angkor Wat).

Очень атмосферный отель с приветливым и дружелюбным персоналом. Завтраки превосходные, девочки в ресторане замечательные! В номере чисто, есть все необходимое, отличный большой балкон, есть лифт. Разнообразное и приятное освещение.

Можно было бы хотя бы один халат большего размера. Мне был как раз, а мужу очень мал и он выглядел в нем смешно!)) Номера "уставшие" было бы не плохо чуть-чуть освежить. А так все отлично, мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле.
