Sent on 1st November - no reply received Good morning A few observations about Flat 5, 1 Grange Road The bedside lamp is broken and electric cables are exposed The shower water flow is not very good The toilet lid and seat are either too small for the W/C or have been incorrectly fitted A full size WHB would be beneficial I could not find any cups this morning - since found them along with tall glasses in the dishwasher Kind regards Mark

Notre expérience a été très décevante. Nous avions initialement réservé Grange Rd Flat 5 – One Bedroom, mais moins d’une semaine avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a informés que des travaux étaient prévus et nous a proposé un autre logement. Nous avons accepté, pensant qu’il s’agirait d’un équivalent… malheureusement, ce n’était pas le cas. L’appartement était en mauvais état et insalubre : le plancher était humide, de l’eau s’infiltrait sous le tapis, avec de la moisissure visible. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait presque pas — il faisait 16°C à notre arrivée, et malgré plusieurs messages, le problème n’a jamais été réellement réglé. Nous avons également constaté un manque de propreté et d’entretien général. Pour le prix payé, le rapport qualité/prix est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement et espère que Booking prendra les mesures nécessaires, car ce logement ne correspond en rien à la description initiale.

Fantastic location

Rather utilitarian. But fine for a weekend stay. Shower had very poor water pressure and shower door would not close fully.

Just few second walk to Clifton’s shops. Nice view from the window. Rooms were very clean and bright. Laundry was handy, and enjoyed watching Netflix on comfortable couch. I loved every moments.

I could hear chats and noise from next door it was quite loud, but I didn’t care though.

Greta location, clean simple interior / facilities.

Needed some basic kitchen cleaning products like a tea towel and surface spray. And I felt the mattress needed a topper.
