Cottage style 2 Bedroom Apt in City, near Utilita Arena & Free Parking

The whole experience was a complete disaster. There was no SHAMPOO in the accommodation, there was ONLY 1 TOILET PAPER FOR TWO PEOPLE FOR FOUR NIGHTS BOOKED , there was NO HAIR DRYER when we got there , the only thing present was a broken soap dispenser. So if you make the same mistake like us and book this accommodation make sure to BRING YOUR OWN stuff. One of the pillows in the lounge it has big yellow stains and the blue pillow is full of WHITE STAINS . I have pictures and videos to prove everything. The DIRT in the whole building ( not in the flat) is unbelievable. And the area where is the apartment situated is the worst I’ve seen in my life. It doesn’t feel safe at all. The host didn’t want to RETURN my 150GBP because I have made a complaint to booking.com. I wouldn’t step foot in that place ever again even if it they would PAY me to stay there. Even to this day I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have all the pictures and videos to back up everything I have said. It’s too bad you cannot post pictures here on booking.com

The location of the department is in very poor neighborhoods which makes you feel unsafe specially at night, There was a lot of waste in the entrance of the building and in the street which makes it trashy There is always a drunk guy outside almost fighting with people The department located in the second floor with no lift so not convenient for older people or kids Check out time was too early at 10 and if you request late check out till 12pm with additional cost of £35, hours which is not worth it for 2 hours extra The communication with the concierge was good buy a little too much as i was receiving emails at least 2 -3 times a day for two weeks before the check in which makes it annoying as we all have busy inbox and we would like to focus on the important thing

Apartments was lovely plenty of room for up to 4 people very clean

Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds Well-equipped kitchen Prime location in the heart of Birmingham I had a fantastic time at this charming apartment. It provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and its central location made exploring the city a breeze. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

None to mention, it was a truly delightful stay!
