EVERYTHING!!!! I loved the size, cleanliness, LOCATION, the neighbours and cats, the local feel, the silence at night, Andrea who picked me up from the station and immediately helped me to rent my bike AND was there in 5 minutes when I forgot my bag in the flat after check out. What a generous, genuine host he is!!! I have travelled a lot and seen a lot of flats. THIS was one of my favourites....Grazie tantissimo Andrea!!

I would definitely come back to this flat! - Good location. There's a very nice local cafe/bakery, a supermarket and a fruit shop all 5 mins walk away. The town centre is a 20 min walk away. There is also access to the sea nearby (again 5 mins walk away). Just take the stairs next to the Jen & Jonico restaurant 😉. - There were breakfast items waiting for us on the kitchen table, water and drinks in the fridge, and some nice coffee pods to use. - Great host. As soon as I arrived, my host sent me all the information I needed regarding the flat and local amenities on text before I even asked for it. He was also very quick to respond to any questions I had with helpful answers.

The flat is south facing. It's nice as you get lots of light in and nice sea views, but it does get hot in the afternoon. It would benefit from a stronger air-conditioning unit.

It has everything one need and the host is very helpful and nice.

Fully equipped, provided not only baby cot but also a baby chair and even a baby toilet seat (without even asking), there were complementary drinks and some snacks (also a nice touch), host was nice and responsive. There is a private parking outside.

Without a car it takes around 30 mins to get to the center of Ortigia, so not too bad but with a kid could be a bit challenging.

One of the nicest owners we ever met. When he heard we were arriving by bus, he came to pick us up and drive us to an apartment. He did the same thing when we were leaving. He made sure we had everything we need. The apartment has a very nice terrace and a parking. Wifi is great.

Very nice apartment and comfortable only 7 minutes to ortigia by car. The owner is extremely helpful and he take good care of the property
