Emanuele made check in easy with videos & texts before arrival. The apartment is located in a strip mall so parking is very easy and plentiful. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We found the apartment very close to city center. We had read that Montepulciano is up a very steep hill but it is easily accessible walking from the apartment. Since the apartment is central it is close to restaurants in the city center and just outside. There is a supermarket just next door which was very handy.

We would have like to meet in person upon check in but understand it is no always possible. The view from the terrace falls a little short but we were there experience Montepulciano from outside not from the apartment.

Emanuele and Cinzia are fantastic hosts! Both very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They even waited for us and gave us a lift from Montepulciano Stazione to Casina, which was a huge surprise :) When we needed help or recommendations, Emanuele was quick to reply on whatsapp. The apartment was very clean with all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, good wifi and located in a quiet area. There's an easy access to Old Town, only few minutes away from big supermarket, bus station and delicious Gelateria La Crocetta.

Very good location, near to the old city and the bus station, big parking and very pleasant teras. The host is very hospitable and nice, the apartment was like the pictures, very clean.
