Very pleasant stay! The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable, located in a quiet area but still close to the center. Communication with the host was excellent, always helpful, kind and responsive. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check out, which we really appreciated since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommended🙌🏻

Central location. It had all what we needed for our stay. No complaints.

The location of the property is very good. Not that close to the old city center, but a nice 15 minutes walking distance. There is a bus service too. There are plenty of shops around and a bar that makes really good Lavazza coffee, just next to the entrance. A Deco gorecery store is just a few minutes away walking. Visitors with a car, can park on the nearby street for free, if there are spots available. Erice and Marsala are really close and recommend visiting. The property was large with 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, laundry room and a large batroom. It was clean, well maintained. Bedsheets were white in color, which is an indication that they were washed well previous times. Mirko is very kind and responsive. I liked the video with the instructions that he sent me in advance, as this helps a lot, when you need to enter the property. Not many hosts do that. He also sent me a list with places of interest to visit, restaurants and some advices, which is helpful too and saves you time to search online. I liked the outdoor shutters too, as they allowed me to have a nice sleep till late in the morning. Wifi speed was good and stable, although I was most of the time in the bedreeom and kitchen that are furthest from the router. Streaming is not an issue either. Average ping to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, when using a VPN for work was 140 ms.

Ceiling is very high, may be more than 3 m., which is good for the summer period, as hot air gets high too, but in the winter months it takes a bit more time to warm up.

Very responsive host. We had some problems that they they were diligent in solving.

Absolutely everything! Super clean, very spacious and comfortable. The host even brought us extra coffee capsules so we did not have to buy them. I would highly recommend this apartment.
