Laketown Wharf #302 by Nautical Properties

Unit was clean, there was plenty of room, bed was comfortable, the view on the balcony was nice, location was perfect, restaurants were near by, beach was walking distance across the street. And a Walmart was a 3minute drive..

What I didn't like & would keep me from renting unit 302 again is the air-conditioning unit needs service or replaced...it worked fine as far as keeping the place cool, but it was very loud while running & when it turned on & off it gave a loud bang. The two bunk beds were right next to it so if anyone were to be staying in them they definitely would not be able to get any sleep..as far as us we were able to close the bedroom door which helped keep the noise out. & the other thing is the TV channels were not in HD.. try getting used to watching the games or any show without it being in HD after all these years of having it & I tryed getting HD channels but it told me I had to subscribe. So for the money we paid them two things were a turn off..unless that's fixed..we won't be renting unit 302 again
