Ein tolles Appartment in sehr guter Lage, z.B. zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung des Appartments ist prima, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Schlüsselabholung nach Beschreibung kein Problem.

Wenn das Problem der Sauberkeit nicht gewesen wäre! Wer auch immer für die Reinigung des Bads/WC verantwortlich ist, derjenige hat seinen Job nicht gemacht: Waschbecken dreckig, am Wasserhahn befand sich die Zahnpasta der vorherigen Besucher, Toilette: Spülkasten und Toilettenbecken schmutzig, Urinspritzer an der Toilettenbrille (Toilettensitz) - bei der Badhygiene hört der Spaß auf. Im Küchenschrank steht eine verschmutzte Tasse, klebrige dunkle Flecken im Flur und vor der Küchenzeile haben wir entfernt, um nicht selbst mit den Strümpfen kleben zu bleiben. Schade, ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft.

The apartment has met our expectations. It's clean, well-maintained and located in a quiet area, close to the center of Rovaniemi, two big supermarkets and the train station. Excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed using the sauna. The washing machine made our life easier during our trip through Finland. We definitely recommend this place.

There should be dark blinds on the windows in the living room.

Very good communication with the owner, clean apartment, the facility is equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds. The sauna in the apartment is a big advantage. Shops, shopping mall and city center within walking distance.

There is nothing to complain about. The most important thing is to choose a property in accordance with your needs.

The accommodation was very handy to all facilities and also the train station. We could walk everywhere

The key itself wasn’t hard to find according to the owner’s guidance but the building entrance was. It took us a while to get in.

Excellent location close to bus station, train station and downtown. Large supermarket less than one minute walk away was very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay & well equipped kitchen. It was fun to have our own private sauna.

We stayed with our 10 & 13 year old and the futon bed was small - the 10 year old barely fit. It would be ok with 2 small kids but was a bit squishy with older ones.

Our stay at Taika City Suite in Rovaniemi was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, making it a perfect choice for travelers arriving by rail. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the host’s kindness and responsiveness. Although the standard check-in time was 4:00 PM, we requested an early check-in since we arrived by sleeper train at 11:00 AM. The host immediately accommodated our request, allowing us to check in right away, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Another great advantage was the nearby supermarket, which made it very easy to pick up groceries and prepare our own meals. Overall, we highly recommend Taika City Suite for anyone visiting Rovaniemi. The excellent location, thoughtful host, and comfortable amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is amazing! You'll find everything you need including a sauna! The location is also very convenient. Nice and warm with a lovely kitchen is perfect for a long stay!
