"An excellent place to stay"

This was the perfect, disabled friendly property for a last minute break to take away my elderly, disabled mother and my elderly, disabled dog. It was extremely comfortable, within easy walking distance to the beach and easy drive to all the locations we wanted to visit.

"Caravan accommodation"

Easy stroll into town centre and entertainment venues like Sealife. But quiet and very close to the beach. The kitchen was great it had everything we needed but was very small. Roomy lounge nice though small TV. Lots of cupboard space.

Mattress was rough in that you could feel the springs. A double duvet was supplied for the single bed so that my cover didn't fit. There was one single bed and one double only others were put you up temporary beds. The shower in the wet room didn't drain away very well so you could not turn it on full. Needs attention. The Keybox was broken and hard to locate in the dark. The caravans were close together and the site felt like a gravel carpark. Very unattractive.

The caravan was lovely and spacious.

The shower, every time we took showers we had mop up water very quickly as it was going out into the hallway.

"An easy and convenient location to stay especially for the disabled."

The location was good and communication from 2CHolidays was clear.

No linen was provided and we had to pay an extra £10 per night for our dog - this was not made clear on the Booking.com site. 2cHolidays also asked for a lot of unnecessary information such as names and ages of all guests - I'm sure that this is contrary to GDPR as it was not needed.
