62 The Bridge Holiday Resort

Property has ants and the bathroom does not have windows and was not clean at all.

Location not bad

The Linen poor condition. TV remote no batteries. The bathroom roof full of mold. It is a hazard. The shower taps old and mold. During loadshedding no candles or back up lights. Full of bites, the linnen is really a concern. The single bed, looks terrible old duvet cover. Overall it's not an inviting place.

There was nothing for me to like in this apartment besides the fact that I was transferred to another unit only on the next day . Had to suffer it out the first night.

Wen I walked into the apartment, the damp smell. Then , the aircon was not working. The fans wer moving really slow, causing more heat. The lights in kitchen and lounge wer not working. Bathroom ceiling had a lot of black spots due to Dampness. Due to the damp smell and no aircon, had to sleep in the car the entire night with my kids. Worst experience ever!!!

The friendly staff at the Bridge. Security at the fate and the gardeners are really friendly. Thank you.

Our booking was missed when we got there on the Saturday, and we were told we didn't make payment, but it was made in full 2 months before our stay. However they did get the place ready to sleep and sent someone to clean the Monday morning. Thank you.
