Cap d´Or house

We booked at short notice, excellent communication from Eva, key code / property location was provided. When we arrived the property was brilliant, very clean, a real home from home. We were left supplies for breakfast including milk / water / juices, everything we could need - really nice touch. All the facilities were great, communal pool was quiet and extremely well maintained, just a few steps from the house. Eva was an excellent host with brilliant communication and an exceptional home - would definitely stay again.

It was all good - wouldn't change a thing.

Our second visit to Cap d’Or House and it was as fabulous as the year before. As a family of 3 with a little boy, the property was absolutely ideal and so much better suited to us than a hotel room. The views are incredible and the house is just the right size for a relaxing stay. The toy shelf is such a nice touch and our son even found things he’d left behind for others to enjoy last time.

Ad I read on booking.com should have been more explicit that it was a shared pool

Es una casa muy agradable, perfectamente equipada. La cocina tiene de todo, nos dejaron un montón de cosas para desayunar. También valoro que nos dejarán sombrillas y tumbonas para ir a la playa de manera cómoda. Tiene un montón de juegos de mesa y cosas para la distracción de los niños. La urbanización es muy tranquila, en la piscina siempre estuvimos solos. La zona es preciosa, en medio de una pinada, perfecta para ir a correr o hacer bici.

Hay q tener en cuenta q para ir a la playa hay q coger el coche.

Todo volveremos. Si propietaria muy atenta y agradable.

Excellent communication, brilliant property location and had everything we needed. About 15 min walk to beach 25min to main area in Moraira. rooms at the lower level meant they were always cool. Lots of decent cutlery pans glasses etc. Overall brilliant.

A perfect, well equipped and spotlessly clean holiday house for our family of 4. It was super hot while we were there and the air con was fantastic (we didn’t need the 3rd bedroom). Beds were really comfortable, shower was great. Lovely balcony with a gentle breeze most evenings meaning we could enjoy sitting out. The house really had all we needed including parasol/sunbeds/dishwasher/washing machine etc which made things easy. There were toys and games which would be nice if you were spending a lot of time there but we tended to be out and about mostly. We appreciated the starter pack of food and it was great to have essentials like oil/vinegar/salt in the cupboards. The shared pool was gorgeous, clean and quiet. We loved Moraira, and the area around Moraira is stunning and fascinating. We visited lots of different places and there’s still lots more we’d love to see! Finally a word to say that Eva was really helpful and responsive - thank you for having us 😊

Because it was so hot for most of the day and well into evening, for us the house was a little too far to easily walk to a beach/shop/bar/restaurant. That meant we were very reliant on the car which was fine but not what we’re used to on holiday. I think it would be absolutely fine though in slightly cooler temperatures or for those more used to 30degrees+ !

Perfect location with beautiful view and great terrace. Very good equipped apartment.
