The location was ok - right next to the subway and access to central Stuttgart

Described as a modern ‘urban suite’ we imagined an aparthotel with air conditioning and a reception. In reality the apartment is a tired place in need of renovation, above a kebab shop. The smell of kebabs permeates the stairwell when entering and accessing and there was a lot of noise up until 4am from shop owners / customers. To describe the apartment as having a ‘courtyard view’ seems a bit disingenuous (see pictures) Managed to connect to WiFi router but was coming up as ‘no internet available’ so couldn’t use the TV either.

I have never stayed in a property that is so shabby and has electrics hanging off the wall. There was also a broken window. Property urgently requires maintenance and upgrading. Dirty stairwell with carpet lying on stairs. Also, there is no mention of building work when booked or I would have chosen another apartment. There are mosquitos in the outside seating area and I got bitten and yes there really is a toilet roll hanging from the light in the living room. There is zero soundproofing in the apartment. You hear every bit of noise from the street below and every step someone takes in the apartment above. Worktop in the kitchen is marked. You are also above a Kebab shop (which is open til the early hours of the morning) and the entrance stairwell is situated at the shop back door which is always open so stairwell always smells of takeaway. This property has no redeeming features. We could not wait to leave. Worst property I have ever stayed in. I can only leave four pictures but have so many more and just wish I could let you see how grubby it is. I have complained to booking.com but they are not interested that this property raises serious health and safety breaches. I will update if I receive a further response.

The structure is very central. Just in front of the U rathaus, and 5 min walking from U Charlotteplatz. On the same road you can find a very nice Bakery and at 2 minuts by foot a Lidl. The appartment is perfect if you want to discover the city center by foot/use the public transportation. And there is a parking just in front of the structure, with night tariff of 6 euros, day tariff of 3 euros per hr. I was leaving the car at a p+r close by.

Excellent location, close to the Rathaus and the city centre. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very helpful hosts. The apartments are kept clean and orderly. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, as well as salt, pepper, spices, as well as a set of tea and coffee. Access is very convenient through an enclosed area at any time.

As the apartments are located in the very centre of the city, parking fees are quite high (40 euros were paid for one parking space at Parkhaus Züblin for a partial day of use with vehicle height limit 2.0 m). On arrival Pfarrstraße was closed on the Katharinenstraße side by a barrier (we arrived on Sunday, on the other days the access was open), and as there is no legal drive in from Leonhardspl. we had to put the car in the car park (Parkhaus Züblin) and carry our things in our arms.

it was not clear how to open the key box, it took us some time to figure it out. tried to call the host but unfortunately the person was not reachable.

Electrics were hanging out of the wall. One hand towel was provided for a family of 4. It's up two flights of stairs with no lift, above a kebab shop at the end of a road full of strip clubs. There is next to no sound insulation so the 4am fight outside woke everyone up.

Very spacious and comfortable, well equipped and had a washing machine.

It was in a noisy location and the curtains let a Lot of light in

It was in a great location. It was a short walk to a Christmas market and to the platz., and the rooms were large.

The shower doors came off the rails as you tried to shower. The shower had three settings; the overhead setting sprayed water onto the wall out side the shower. The stairwell was poorly maintained and one section was missing bars. We had to make sure all the kids were escorted by the unsafe sections. It's also above a hookah bar. You're going to hear some great conversations at 3am.

Leaking shower that didn’t work properly, no washing detergent or tea/coffee and was a little dirty.
