The room was generally clean, though I did notice some ants on the countertop. The bathroom was also clean, but water tended to pool slightly after a shower - a simple fix could be to provide a wiper.

It's super clean and cozy. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. Loved the toiletries provided. The laundry bag isn't expected. Loved it! I'll make sure to stay here for my next visit to Johor.

No room service to deliver things but it's okay. Not a big deal for me.
