ALTEA HILLS - Playa y Jardín

El apartmento est muy bien, super limpio y bien decorado

El único pero es que por el precio que pagas, no puede ser que solo haya aire acondicionado en la sala de estar

Het zwembad is prachtig en de locatie naar Altea en andere dorpjes is prima.

Het ontbreken van: -Waterkoker -Raamdecoratie van het keukenraam -Het ontbreken van een klein lounge set buiten op terras (de rotan stoeltjes aan de eettafel buiten zijn echt aan vervanging toe) -Parkeerruimte is in de smalle straat een uitdaging -Het beter bijhouden van mooie struiken in voortuin en steegje aan de zijkant -Door het ontbreken van onderplint in keuken bij de vaatwasser, hierdoor een kakkerlak aangetroffen.

Location is perfect. Quiet but close enough to Calpe & Altea for shops, restaurants and beaches. Altea hills is a lovely area. The property urbanisation is very secure. Very pretty with lots of plants, flowers and trees. The property has a lovely garden and seating area which we enjoyed. Great size pool, but could do with a good clean and a little attention as many missing tles and grout. There is also a play park and outside fitness area for residents to use so great facilities for outdoor living.

No bins in the bathrooms. No aircon in bedrooms, not even a ceiling fan or stand alone fan, which is definitely required for a comfortable sleep during summer months. Beds need new mattresses, I expected better quality, they are not very supportive or comfortable. All 4 of us were sore every morning. Pillows are terrible and also need replacing. This kinda spoiled it as the apartment is very nice and decorated well.
