Roberta's House, a few steps from the lake

Everything was so perfectly clean, the apparent itself is amazing. The view on the street and lake from the terrace is nice and it perfectly suits for branches on a sunny day. The host is amazing, he was very friendly, explained everything we need to know about the appartment, made us a wellcome coffee and gave good advice on the sights of the lake. He also allowed us to stay longer on the last day for free, thank you do much! We would definitely come back!! The location is very convenient, close to the train station and to the lake waterfront and no hill to climb! The shop is just on the neighbouring building.

The only problem is heating in the midseason, but its common in Italy and Spain. We survived))

Very spacious accommodation arranged in a simple style, good taste, supports all guests' need for convenient living. It is an ideal location, safe in peaceful area, walk on a mostly flat road only 350 m from train station, few steps to watch mountains and lake Como, 600 m on a beautiful waterfront walkway to the Bellano ferry and downtown. At 20:30 pm, very late for checking in, Francesca and his son waited to welcome us at the building's front door and provided friendly brief orientation for our stay. But, their generosity and hospitality were reallised long before, such as ; request for storing our luggage before check-in time was approved, his early warning of traffic delays, prompt notification to avoid problems and many good advices for our travel plan, and also, infomation of the guaranteed trains. Sorry for spending his time too much during the day of strike, which he kept communicate with us. Our desire to stay at this exceptional apartment is fulfilled. Thank you for everything they had done for us.

Great location in a less touristy town than others in the area. Helpful host, answered all our questions and provided area information and excellent recommendations

Weather didn't cooperate, but we still enjoyed our visit.

The apartment and the location are great, we really enjoyed staing and the view on the lake and mountains 50 meters from the door were unforgettable.

The text communication was pretty slow at first, thus a few times I thought we won't get settled, but then we met and the host Roberto turned out to be a very kind, hospitable and great person!

Perfect location! A few min walk from the train station and to the lake and a supermarket nearby. Large, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The host was helpful and available for any questions. Highly recommend!!

It was really nice to stay here. We were warmly welcomed in Robertas house. The flat is really big, you have enough space and also a kitchen, witch is well equipped. And also the location is just a few steps away from the lake. Thank you for everything :)

The property is incredible for its price. Its located near a beach, the port to Varenna and the city center. All the apartment is nicely decorated and really comfortable, with a lot of facilities. Also, the staff were really nice in the check in and check out. It has been a real pleasure to stay in this apartament!

The flat was well positioned in the village just a 2 minute walk to the lake. The flat was comfortable and well equipped with good wifi, adequate kitchen facilities and nice balcony with a view to the lake. The area was quite with good access to a local supermarket.

No freezer in the apartment which would have been nice in order to have ice in the heat. There wasn't really anything else to not like about the apartment.
