The best lake view in Ozark.

Lots of repairs to building needed on exterior..not inviting ; hadn’t been freshened up recently..dead bugs in both tubs and corners of bedrooms; patio area had dirty and broken furniture

Location was perfect. Great Lake view! Nice patio / terrace.

No basic sanitation items like hand soap. No shampoo, no bar soaps, no dishwasher tabs or dish soap, no hand soap, etc. We were expected to do our own dishes but we did not have the basic items to do these tasks. We had to buy everything at the grocery store for a two night stay… then had to discard because we are traveling. This is the first place we have stayed ever that did not offer any of the basics needed. And we were unaware we would need to purchase everything. For the price we paid, we were confused why we had so much extra to purchase. Check in was late due to the property still cleaning and not being ready for guests.

Booking.com only provided me with a physical address to the building but not the unit #. It was confusing as I do not recall receiving a pin code or apartment unit # either by text or email after. I contacted the phone # listed on my booking confirmation and the owner/host was responsive and helpful.

Booking canceled my reservation when I arrived at my destination. However, they actively and patiently helped me find an alternative. We enjoy this alternative very much, which has an impressive lake view. The agent service is nice and efficient. Cost and performance are good. I recommend this to every traveler.

The hot tub is a little clogged, but it doesn't degrade our experience too much. We overall like this room.
