"We had a wonderful stay and the service was excellent."

The location is closer to amenities, mall, restaurants and the beach are within a walking distance.

The complex is safe, however a burglar door can help improve safety.

"A Comfortable Apartment"

36 The Shades is very well kept. Comfortable furnishings and very friendly staff. The view of the beach is good.

The main bedroom needs block out curtains. The lights from the night life and street make the rooms rather like sleeping in the day. Umhlangha has become exceptionally noisy and unfortunately the main bedroom receives all the noise from the surrounding facilities making it quite disruptive. The door in the bedroom needs a blind as the lights from the restaurant shine directly on the bed. Don't recommend for anyone wanting a peacful weekend.
