"Nice place, no heating made it not so pleasant for us with 3 kids"

It is a very nice place. We got a big room with 4 beds. Everything was clean. Heating not working unfortunately made our experience bad.

The heating didn't work (it was like 10°C at night when we came at 21h). I have contacted the person over WhatsApp, they were guiding me what to do, thru messages, but it didn't work. At the end the owner of the place came, tried something but it didn't work-he brought some small heater that couldn't heat up the big apartment (maybe a small room). We did get an apology and a bottle of Prosecco of their own production the morning after, and that was it. To be honest I was expecting some reimbursement since I was with 3 kids (out of which 2,5 yr old) but nothing.
