ITI like only location
ATEverything was dirty, the room was in extremely bad condition. The walls, the door and the floor were dirty. The room has also very bad smell. I don’t recommend to stay in this place. Too expencive for extremely bad conditions. The host was friendly.
ESThe bedsheets, and the fridge were clean. The common hall smelled good. They gave us two water bottles, a nice gesture. The man who gave us the keys was nice.
In general the cleaness could be improved. Not only the floors were dirty but some parts were full of dust and looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time. One of the bathrooms smelled like pee. I believe that these should be cleaned everyday. The walls of the room were stained too, on the bottom looked like mould but we are not sure what it was and all over there were liquid stains and other stains. In other words, it looks like they just change the sheets and swipe the floor for the next guest to come.

It was quite hard to get a response from the host representative. In spite of the fact he was onsite at the due time, but the online feedback could be better. The room didn't seem tidy, smell of cigarette smoke, shabby furniture. Very low sound isolation - if you're unlucky with the noisy neighbors (as we were) you'l get bothered very badly.

AUITLast minute booking. We arrived very late and the host, a very sweet man, waited for us for almost an hour after the check-in closed (booking gave us the option to arrive after 23) The room, on the 11th floor, was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathrooms are shared but kept very clean.
There's a microwave and a kettle in the corridor but no tea or coffee, so bring your own if you fancy a drink.
DEThere are no tables and chairs. No utensils such as cups or plates for the microwave. He charged us 48 euros in city tax even though that was far too much and we didn't get a bill for it. We don't know how the 48 euro city tax for 6 people comes about because there was no percentage. Beware of rip-offs. There is a surveillance camera in the apartment. Be careful
