Timing & Booking • Check-in: 11:00 AM (Requires a valid original government-issued ID such as Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, etc.) • Check-out: 9:00 AM • Payment: A 50% advance payment is required before check-in. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival (not at check-out). • Cancellations: No refunds provided. Occupancy & Visitors • Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults + 2 Children. • Extra Mattress: ₹1,000 per day (subject to availability). • Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed. Outside visitors require prior approval. Unregistered visitors will incur a charge of ₹500 per person. Noise & Quiet Hours • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Please keep music, television, and conversations at a reasonable volume and respect the neighbors. Strictly Prohibited • Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms/washrooms. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Parties: Events, gatherings, or commercial activities are not allowed without prior written host approval. • Pets: Not allowed unless approved prior to arrival. • Hazardous Items: Illegal substances, weapons, explosives, open flames, candles, and incense sticks are strictly forbidden inside. Kitchen & Dining • Dining Area: Please eat and drink only at the dining table. Do not consume food or beverages on beds, sofas, or mattresses. • Cleanliness: Wash, clean, and dry all utensils after use. Clean the stove, countertops, and sink. • Food Storage: Do not leave cooked food uncovered overnight. Utilities & Amenities • Electricity & Water: Switch off lights, fans, ACs, geysers, and appliances when not in use. Use water responsibly. • Air Conditioner: Keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running. Care, Cleaning, & Damages • Housekeeping: Daily cleaning occurs between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. • Linens: Bedding and towels are for guest use only. Stains (makeup, hair dye) or excessive damage may result in cleaning or replacement charges. • Waste Disposal: Do not throw garbage outside. Dispose of trash, cigarette butts, and diapers only in designated bins. • Damages: Guests will be billed for any damaged, lost, or missing items. • Parking: Available at the guest's own risk. Check-out Requirements • Dispose of all garbage in the designated bins. • Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off. • Leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Right to Refuse Service: Violation of any house rule, misconduct, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
