Summer Place 9

Great location. Very Quiet and peaceful in June. Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Front door lock was not operational. It was difficult to get hold of the hosts at our convenience.

I loved the location of the property, there are stunning views from the balcony looking over Gordon's Bay Beach. The flat was very clean and lovely and spacious. I loved the little touches, like the milk and water in the fridge on our arrival and a couple of sachets of coffee, tea and sugar. The beds are very comfortable the bedding clean. There is a washing machine and dishwasher and cleaning products if needed. This flat is very comfortable and I can't fault anything. Access is easy and there is a parking bay.

The Location close to restaurants

the only access to the apartment is a narrow staircase it is difficult with a large suitcase impossible for a lady or elderly.

The view and location are great. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It feels safe. There is a dedicated private parking space.

The flat doesn't have air-conditioning but fans are provided. It also doesn't have a inverter for load shedding.

Summer Place 9 has the best beachfront view and is located walking distance from the sea and beachfront restaurants and shops. Easy communication with host if you need anything or there is a problem. Very nice Apartment.

Building only has stairs no lifts so older people will maybe struggle to get to the apartment. We unfortunately had a bad experience with a resident in one of the other apartment's making a noise complaint to our host. This was 21:30 at night on a Saturday with no music only sitting on the balcony and having a braai. So dont really know how to respond to this. The Resident only Stressed out my Pregnant wife and mad me very angry for complaining/lying.

No air conditioning so the place was very cold and the Installation on the windows are poor as the wind would come through
