The bed was covered in dried bloodstains, it was disgusting, and there were large patches of it. I have photos. I tried contacting the hostel via email and phone, but no one answered. I kept trying, but the accommodation did absolutely nothing. It was truly awful! I was extremely disappointed that they hadn't cleaned or changed the sheets, and there were even used towels left on my bed.

The location is really perfect. Bus stop nearby, close to city center, to the place where we had cruise etc.

It was the cheapest option i have had and it wasn’t my first time in hostel, so of course I didn’t expect so many facilities. However: the communication with owner doesn’t exist. One guy had some issue and was trying to call- 0 response. I was trying to help him and I also called but the same situation. I was talking to one guy who was renting bed here for month and he also didn’t reach owner by the phone. I wrote message with question about towels before arrival and I also was ignored. I would improve the communication. Another issue are beds. Everyone has dedicated bed and room, but during my 3 days stay around 3 people (including my friend who was with me) occurred a problem with occupied bed. The second confusing thing about rooms is the fact that in our „female” room was 40 yo guy. He wasn’t suspicious, he was nice and didn’t do anything inappropriate, but still it’s uncomfortable for both genders I guess. The door in one of the toilet doesn’t lock!! One lady went to the toilet when my best friend was taking a shower. We thought that they close, because it was possible to close them, but still someone managed to open them from outside. People in opinions were complaining about cleanliness - tbh, I wouldn’t say that this aspect was bad. Every day someone visited hostel to clean (that’s what i heard from other guests, but it was visible that someone cleans it). Comparing to other hostels i have visited - i wouldn’t say that it was a problem with cleanliness. I think it also depends on the people who stay during your stay, but these problems which I have described are quite common and should be figured out :)

The beds are comfy if you like soft beds, the kitches served every one of our needs other people were super kind to us, there are 4 bathrooms you can go to, perfect hair dryers if you need.

The exit sign above the door in the room can be quite disturbing if you are sleeping on the upper bed, bring an eye cover to sleep. Also bring your own lock for the lockers. The washing maschine and dryer did not work during our stay. We got drenched by rain so we wanted to dry some clothes eventually we went to a laundry for that.

Close to the city centre

Poor standard or maintenance, lack of staff and total lack of information about the hostel and surrounding area
