Gute Ausstattung, bei Bedarf schnelle Hilfe/Antwort am Telefon, hat alles gepasst 👍🏻

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, außerdem liegt sie im/über dem Zentrum von Puerto Rico und es war bis teilweise 4 Uhr morgens sehr laut (Dezember). Wir haben gekocht, Licht angehabt und die Waschmaschine lief als es die Sicherungen rausgehauen hat; man kann nicht so viele Elektrogeräte auf einmal benutzen.

Appartamento nuovissimo, siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’appartamento dispone di ogni necessità. Posizione ottima sia a piedi che con la macchina. Panorama dal terrazzo super, vista piscina, mare e tutto il centro di Puerto Rico. Per non parlare dei meravigliosi tramonti.

Lovely apartment everything we need to cook with comfortable beds

There was no WiFi and everytime we tried cooking on the hob more then 1 ring the electricity turned off

Great Place to stay, Clean, Bed was Comfortable, Lots of storage, Balcony with Great view, Would stay again

Only issue was that we Could not leave our bags as we have a late Flight and had to take them with us on leaving

Really nice apartment with excellent facilities for a self-catered stay. The parking space was very handy, and the host was very responsive and attentive. Good value for money.

Good information provided by the host in advance of our stay regarding how to locate the keys and all other necessary information. We stayed for a month with our 6 month old baby, and the appartment fitted our needs perfectly. The host, Diego, was even able to locate a crib for our baby, so we didn't have to pack the travel bed this time (we did already have enough luggage as it was). Diego was also flexible for the check out so that we didn't have to wait for too long at the airport during departure. The appartment didn't get too warm (we visited from early feb to early mar) as the sun isn't cooking at the appartment all day long, and the AC was effective brining the temperature down if needed. The appartment had a nice standard, and was prefectly cleaned at arrival. The photos of the appartment were accurate and gives a good impression of how the appartment actually was.

The only thing that was missing was a wifi-connection, but the cellular in Puerto Rico was ok (5G mostly, but a bit slow and unstable) and we used our phones as hotspots whenever we were in need for setting up a wifi, so this was not a real problem.

Lovely view, great location, not too far up the hillside, nice clean apt.

The patio chair legs snapped unexpectedly, causing me to land on the floor, right on my bottom/spine, spent 2 days in bed/sofa, and couldn't walk too far due to back pain, so please be carefull when using the patio seats. Great view from balcony, just a pity the sun doesn't shine on it until around 2.30pm.
